This unit has two bedrooms with TV , one king and one queen size beds (there's extra mattress if it needs it). This unit has high quality throughout. The upstairs has two bedrooms, one bath and a connected patio off of the kitchen. Downstairs has two bedrooms with a bathroom and a deck right off of the kitchen with a built-in hot tub, Fire pit in the backyard as well as barbecue grill. Large enough for two families to have their separate living quarters.

The Cottage at Indian Lake

Our place is located on a channel with easy access to the main lake, many restaurants and Old Field Beach. You’ll love our place because of the location, cottage feel, fenced in yard with a stamped concrete patio and fire pit. Kayaks, outdoor dining set, fire pit utensils, Blackstone griddle and Culligan water. While we do have well water, we also had a new water softener and water heater installed in 2022.
