Separate queen bedroom with ensuite makes this property ideal for a couple looking for some fresh ocean air, rest and relaxation. The unit contains a large flat screen TV, DVD, wi-fi, games, mags, washing machine etc. Fully self-contained overlooking a manicured garden setting with ocean views. The local shopping centre is a 1 minute drive or short walk, offering newsagency, eateries, supermarket etc. We have lived in this region for 30 years and can offer the best the area has to offer, whether it be activities, beaches, restaurants etc.

Open plan living at its absolute best! The Master bedroom is spacious, appointed with luxury linen and toiletries and includes a comfy reading chair with footstool...perfect for relaxing with a good book. French doors open out to a patio area and the ensuite bathroom is spacious with walk in rainforest shower.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that is a stones throw from secluded and picturesque Garden Bay beach. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

Private bathroom with large shower, vanity and toilet, laundry/kitchenette has a toaster, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities etc and washing machine. No stove. Bedroom has a queen size bed, quality bedding, A/C, ceiling fan and large wardrobe. Located close to several beaches, the closest being 200m down the road. Café 366 at Mosquito Bay. Malua Bay shops are a 2 min drive, includes supermarket, bottle shop, take away, butcher/deli/coffee, newsagent. Reverse cycle A/C & heating- portable fans supplied as well.
