Stenhaga - lake house

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat is included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled all the way to the side, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with open fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 2500 Fishing licenses are purchased in Tempo grocery store in Holmsjö center 1500 m away, there is also a pizzeria, gas station and train connection to Karlskrona 25min, Kalmar/Öland 50min and Växjö 60min. Car to Kosta Boda with shopping and moose safari 40min

Simple cabin right on the water

Cozy cottage right on the waterfront. With electricity but no running water. Simple kitchen with equipment for a family. Cooking is done on a bench stove or grill outside. Bedroom with 3 beds and sofa bed in the all room. Duvets and pillows are available, own bedding is included. Outhouse right next to the cabin. Boat is available to borrow. Fishing licenses are purchased at the nearest grocery store. Municipal swimming area only 200 meters from the cabin. Only 5 km to the nearest grocery store and 20 km to Vimmerby.

This home is a few minutes walk from Lake Vidöstern's beautiful swimming area. Enjoy an early morning dip or walk on the trails in adjacent forest. Värnamo city is 10 minutes away by car. There is a visit to the Vandalorum art museum to recommend, or the city park Apladalen. Families with children are tipped off about the High Chaparral amusement park which is 25 minutes away, or why not the unique Store Mosse National Park that is just as close. On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and livestock, we rent out a vacation home close to the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog per night. If there are several of you, we also rent out our “Lake House on Skälsnäs Estate” (see there), located directly on the lake, as well as our “Brygghus”, with sauna house and lake view.

Beautiful property by the river and lake

Beautiful house by the Emån river in Småland. Experience this incredible area of lakes, forests and wildlife. The river passes right by the house and the lake with a small beach is only a few minutes by foot. You have the entire house and separate guesthouse to yourself and a huge garden to enjoy with your family. The main house is a fully equipped home and in the guesthouse you also have a sauna and gym. The shower and bathroom is in the main house.

Wonderful house on scenic location with meadows, forest and lake just a footstep away, located in the south Swedish highlands of Småland . Cozy white house close to the nature with Wi-Fi

Living close to the nature. Two floor house with fireplace and air conditioner on each level. Lots of space and open areas. Place for parking 2-3 cars. In September 2023 we connected a new water source. Now the water is completely clean and transparent, without iron.
