Cosy and charming apartment in the historical centre of Sainte Maxime, 50 metres away from the beach and the port. Parking. Double exposure and two comfortables balconies. A little kitchen, a bathroom, one master bedroom and a living room. Equipped with all the comforts: cable tv, high speed wi-fi. Elevator. Bedsheets and towels are provided. Sainte Maxime si located within the gulf of Saint Tropez (15 minutes away by ferryboat) and is near the beautiful Nartelle, Croisette and Fucsia beaches, all of which have public access. They're all at walking distance or reachable with a free shuttle service. The big Pampelonne beach (8 kilometres long) with nightclubs frequented by celebrities, is 15 kilometres away and includes many ample parking facilities (Thaiti, Bora Bora, etc). The town of Ramatuelle, with its many jazz and theatre festivals, the town of Grimaud,with its citadel and its antique market, are attractions worth visiting, along with the many wineries famous for the Rosé.

Beautiful New house of 135 m² located in Bauduen (83630), based on 3000 m² field, really close to "Les gorges du Verdon". Splendid view over the lake and Bauduen Village. The village is only located at 1.5 km from the house. House (fully furnished) composition : 4 rooms with double bed, huge living room open on a modern kitchen full equipped, 2 terrasse, 1 bathroom. Big table and great sofa to chill and enjoy good meal : French food are one of the best as you might know :) !
