House of 110 m2, beachfront with a small swimming pool. The house is facing the sea, 3 meters from the beach and is truly waterfront with direct access to the sea. You'll be rocked by the sound of waves. It has exceptional views of the Diamond Rock and the Island of Saint Lucia in fine weather. It is located at the bottom of an impasse overlooking the sea and is not overlooked directly. Furthermore, it is close to all amenities accessible on foot.
