Come relax in this 1 Room, 1 Bath. Full Kitchen, including appliances, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Dining area and living room with a comfy couch and lazy boy chair. Screened porch with a table and chairs. BBQ area with gas grill, Washer and dryer, Outside picnic table, and a Table under the shaded trees. TV, which includes about 88 antenna channels . Not a handicapped accessible home. NO WIFI , NO PETS ALLOWED. 3.5 miles to the local beaches, shopping, and state parks. Local preserves.

Big backyard partially fenced. It is close to shopping, restaurants and I-75, perfectly located between Sarasota and Venice. It is fully equipped with all amenities needed for your stay: beach chairs and umbrellas. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, WI-FI, LED TVs. Bring your family to enjoy this peaceful place.
