On The Island! Boat Parking! Minutes To Lake!

2 story townhouse located across the London bridge on the island, between the Marina and the only free boat launch, site six. The best Havasu location for those with boats or sea doo. Our home has 2 actual bedrooms and one loft (lofts are apparently not an option to list on Airbnb) . Master bedroom has a king bed and a second patio attached. 2nd bedroom has Twin and Full bed. Loft has twin and futon and main patio attached. 2 full bathrooms, 1 car attached garage, gated community, pool and spa with bbq and covered lounge area. Miles of bike paths and walking trails directly outside the townhouse. There’s plenty of curbed parking throughout the townhouse community for boat parking but we do not have a boat slip.

Best location on strip! Quiet fun family preferred community. Private community beach approx 100 yd from house. NOT RIVERFRONT! Private community launch ramp w/ overnight anchor mooring (no dock). House remodeled and well maintained. Sleeps multiple families and kids comfortably. Great family room. Open kitchen. Outdoor patio and BBQ. Room on side of the house for 1 boat trailer parking. Close to restaurant/entertainment spots. No garage access. Long stay we may allow laundry access. NO PETS!

Newly renovated 4th floor condo in Kingsviews. Walk down stairs to the lake front & relax on the lake or take a stroll on the boardwalk that leads to the London Bridge and Rotary Park. The master bedroom features a King bed. Large balcony with patio set & BBQ. The condo is gated with garage parking for cars or trucks, and limited spots for boat parking in the gated parking area. There is a security guard! DO NOT park your boats on the beach past 11PM, or the city will tow it!

Great location at Lakeshore Village!Free boat parking.Our condo is in walking distance to the lake and park. Dont forget to take in a movie or dine out at restraunts. Aprox 5 minute walk from condo. Our condo is ground level with patio and easy access. Sleeps 4 guests. We have 1 king bed with a very nice pillow top. 1 new queen sofa bed and 1 twin blowup mattress with automatic inflator. New beautiful walk- in shower. 2 comfortable recliners.
