More like Netflix and *gill* because we're just 1 mile from Lake Barkley/ KY Lake. 🍔 Our kitchen is so fully stocked, even Gordon Ramsay would be impressed. This apartment (three steps at entrance), is attached to our home; it has a warm and cozy living room/kitchenette, large bathroom with two separate bedrooms; lots of storage, in the country, just a few minutes from Murray (and Murray State University). You are within an hour of the “Land between the Lakes” area. Area brochures available. You have a private patio, table, grill, Wi-fi, tv, games , children’s playground, and a large gazebo. SO SORRY, NO PETS, ALLOWED! We have 2 playful Labs!!

Direct access to private boating and swimming dock, kayaking, paddle boating, smore making..... What more can you ask for......... Oh and we are pet friendly!!! The dock is just a short walk from the home unlike a lot of others in the area with very steep hills. This property does not have tons of steps so it definitely makes it easier when bringing your wagons and coolers down. There are patio stones to help with the walk if you would prefer those.

Need more space, second home available next door for booking.
