Enjoy the front lake balcony and the large terrace close to the rock face as well as the amazing view over the lake. The cosy apartment has been completely renovated. It is ideal for couples, families and friends. The house is located in the first basin of Lake Como, great place to be near Como, Milan, Lugano and all the villages that are located on the lake such as Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio... In 10 minutes by walking you can reach really nice beach as well as start hiking in the mountain.

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

Comfortable apartment, about 65 meters, in a 17th century house, located on a typical street of our wonderful lake, which has no access to cars. Very quiet area. You can get there by car, up to a distance of about 70/80 meters. The nearest station is Como Lago. You're home in a 15-minute walk. From its balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the first basin of Lake Como and admire the city.
