My home is located in a small village in the Champsaur Valley, close to Parc des Ecrins, ski resorts and St Julien's body of water. Gap is a 15-minute drive away and Lake Serre-Ponçon is 30 minutes away. Our house is an old renovated farmhouse surrounded by an enclosed garden that contains games for children (trampoline, swings...). You will appreciate the quietness of the neighborhood. All amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias...) are a 5-minute drive away.

Great for a relaxing stay for families or with friends. Beautiful climatized house of 200m2 overlooking the citadel, NOT OVERLOOKED and very QUIET on 3400m2 of fenced garden. POOL heated, salty & secured by an electric shutter. (May/September). Friendliness assured: PETANQUE GROUND, summer KITCHEN with plancha and charcoal barbeque. And for children sandboxes and swings. The interior of the house is perfectly equipped to accommodate families with children/infants.
