The seventh-floor apartment and its glazed balcony have a stunning sea view over Sapokka Boat Bay and shipping lane far from the sea. Maretarium and Sapoka Water Park can be found a few minutes, Wellamo and the new Harbor Arena, about 15 minutes walk away. Downtown services and the store are less than 1 km walk away. Highly renovated and decorated, the home provides a pleasant setting. A portable air conditioner was added to the apartment.

Windows inner yard and the sun dont shine and heat. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper includes. Smart TV, PS3, Xbox one. No WiFi. Shops, restaurants, concert hall, church near. Also Sapokka park where you can take a boat to islands.

A triangle in the heart of the city, note the balcony under renovation

Excellent apartment for family use. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BALCONY will be UNAVAILABLE FOR RENOVATION STARTING JULY 15TH. From the morning to the evening, there is definitely a renovation noise. in the evening, the sounds of the renovation quiets.. The apartment is right in the center, but the bedrooms on the courtyard side, so the traffic doesn't interfere with sleeping.

Stylish new apartment with sauna by the sea near the center. The two-bedroom glazed balcony and bedroom windows are directly facing the sea, making it hard to find better views in these areas. In addition, the apartment has a carport, so arriving by car and parking during the stay is effortless.
