Around the whole house is the large terrace. Below is a cozy path (50m) to the private dock for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowboat and try your luck at fishing or borrow our two sup's. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with the most basic kitchen essentials for simple cooking, dishwasher & microwave. Kitchen table & four chairs. Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via power outlet.

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.
