My accommodation is close to Ludwigshafen, Mannheim, Heidelberg, Speyer, Landau and Karlsruhe. Deidesheim is the “secret wine capital” of the Palatinate in the heart of the German Wine Route. You will love my accommodation because of its cozy location right next to the spa park with a pond. This compact apartment offers a cozy living experience. The balcony right in the green is an oasis of relaxation. The apartment is ideal for both business people and holidaymakers.

Who ? Can walk from his bedroom over a sandy beach to a private lake? For 2 persons a hide-away with a great luxury. Bright bright living room with lake view and terrace, as well as covered sun terrace - modern kitchen - a shower room and a second bathroom with double bathtub, Air conditioning and very large TV screen, cozy giant couch for lazing. All barely 4 km from Speyer directly on a nature reserve. Geese and swans come to visit in the morning.

We extensively renovated our apartment (and the whole building) in 2017. It is located on the ground floor and has a size of about 55 sqm. The terrace is facing south, sunny almost all day and has direct lake views. We have modernly furnished the living room and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic things (fitted kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes etc.).
