The apt is 1200 sf, not including a large covered patio with a view. It has a small, but cute, functional kitchenette, with brand new appliances (no dishwasher.) Large bedrooms & living/dining space. My permanent rental place is walk-able close to all that Downtown Kirkland has to offer--restaurants, shops, parks, waterfront, and more! This is a great spot for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, alike. No stairs or steps for easy access, professionally cleaned and carefully managed. (Although we wish that it did, there is not a water view from inside of the apartment)
