High-quality, cozy, and peaceful holiday home in the heart of Vuokatti, close to slopes and ski tracks. A perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts and remote work. Bright, spacious, and well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment with direct views to the Vuokatti fell. Ski tracks, slopes, the nearest grocery store, and restaurant are just a few hundred meters away. Quiet bedrooms with blackout curtains. Excellent storage space. Easy access even without a car. Ski maintenance space. Pet-free and non-smoking.

Cozy, clean apartment with private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen. You can heat your sauna daily, cool off on a secluded patio, barbecue (gas), and have a fireplace. Beds in bedrooms (160cm, 120cm). Living room sofa bed (140cm). Travel cribs for small children. Pets are welcome (be sure to let us know when booking). Linens, towels, and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani in the direction of the airport.

A home completed in 2022 in the village of Sotkamo. Shops and restaurants, library, Little beach, and hiking terrain within walking distance. It was rented 7 km, you can also get there by bus. A dock in front of the house where you can swim or paddle. You can also fish. Your bicycle will get you at night safe and during the day you can make excursions in the stunning scenery.
