There are a total of 3 large rooms and a spacious bathroom. The outdoor patio area for this space has seating and a daybed for enjoyment in the natural setting. Firepit and grill, 2 CAR MAXIMUM each booking.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

The Shoreland Home on Lake Lanier With Dock

Windows everywhere make it feel like a tree house, on the lake. Our families home is all about family & friends gathering and having fun. The spaces in the home are very socially engaging. Take an easy 45 second, walk to the lake in our quite cove and go for an evening canoe, its pretty special. Bring your own boat and tie up at the dock if you prefer. The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks.

Rustic secluded 1 BDR private apartment downstairs from main cabin area with private entrance. PERFECT location for outdoor adventures or people seeking peace & quiet. Close to hiking trails, State Pks. trophy trout streams, gorgeous waterfalls, local Wineries, antique shops, and charming small towns. full Kitchen, washer/dryer, bath with full shower. Master bedroom has a king size bed & lounge chair. Our road was once used to access first gold mine in USA (access on Etowah kayak trail)!

This rustic cabin has one master bedroom and a second separate sleeping area downstairs. There’s a dock w/ deep water and tons of outdoor living space. Enjoy the fire pit, hottub and lake view. Just a short walk to the dock & ideally located mid lake. Duckett Mill Boat ramp is minutes away. Easy access to both Port Royal Marina with Pelican Pete's & Gainesville Marina with Scooggies. 20 min to 400 & 985 Well behaved dogs are welcome with a $110 non-refundable pet fee. Limit 2. No cats.

Athens Retreat

Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. We have 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Note: The airbnb software isnt able to list 1/2 baths. Roku, free channels, feel free to login and use your personal streaming accounts.
