Unbeatable location if you want to know the city. House located in El Barrio de la Viña, next to La Caleta beach in the heart of the city. It is close to the main tourist sites such as Torre Tavira, Cathedral, Central Market, Plaza de las Flores, City Hall and has all the amenities within walking distance, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops and taxis. In our neighborhood you can enjoy Andalusian cuisine in top-notch restaurants, or try our local wines, cheeses and salted meats in the typical tavernas and peñas of our city. Public car parks and medical centres are just a few metres away. The dwelling is located in a block of two newly built floors. It is a two bedroom apartment, bathroom, living room and separate kitchen. It has all the comforts at your disposal, bed linen, towels, and kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils. The reception will be made personally by the host of the house and we will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

This home breathes peace of mind: Relax with the whole family! The pool is working from June to September, both included. The Cathedral of Seville is 9.1 km away. The month of June is at least 2 days. During the summer months of Jujio to September the minimum reservation is a week.There is a Supermarket DIA 100 meters away. For stays longer than one week you can heat the pool with an over cost.
