Beautiful, separate apartment in the attic in our detached house with beautiful views of the Dreiseen landscape. 200 m to the lake pool. An extensive well-kept hiking network, bike paths and thermal baths invite you to get to know our area. Illmensee is a very good starting point for attractive leisure activities, such as the lake park with foot golf, golf and water skiing, which can be reached in 15 minutes. Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached in about 30 minutes.

My accommodation is located in the countryside near the historic old town of Ravensburg. Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen ) can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Shopping facilities are in the vicinity (1 to 3 km). You'll love my place because you can look up to Lake Constance and the Alps in good weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, coffee maker, and much more. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.

Ideal starting point for all vacationers who want to vacation in this fantastic Lake Constance and hiking region. There is a natural swimming lake just across the road. Cyclists, families, festival guests - everyone will find something nearby and further afield that makes their heart beat faster. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
