Fully insulated, double glazed and recently built (2023) 1-bedroom "House Me" tiny home. The bedroom features a queen size bed, plus fold-out couch (additional double bed). Located at the back of the host's rear section and is fenced with its own courtyard and outdoor table and chairs. Waitārere Beach and the South Forest with plenty of walks/mountain bike trails are all within a 5-minute walk. Beachside Bar and Eatery is a great local to dine out - specialising in great Indian dishes.

Lots of space. 5 bedrooms - 1 king bed, 4 Queens, 1 king single, 1 cot and a portacot. Kids' hut and sea kayak with life jackets. A 'family room' made for children with toys and play equipment. An outdoor dining area with BBQ and spa. A smart TV in every room for wet days. But the beach is only one minute walk away; or take in the sea view from the deck, wine in hand.
