You will like the peace, the sea air, the terrace with beach chair, the large cozy living room with dining table, fireplace, smart TV and open kitchen as much as the 5 rooms with 8 beds as well as the sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. The bungalow is very suitable for one or two families with children (and grandparents) or couples friends.

Lovely cottage close to beach, fishing and golfing

Beautiful cottage with a closed nature ground and view to the golf course. Only 400 meters away from the beach with jetty. The house is very light with a combined kitchen and livingroom. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with sauna and 1 extra WC. In front of the house there is a beautiful 100 m3 porch. The cottage is equipped with a satellite-TV, DVD-player, WI-FI, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer in one. Futhermore there is an outdoor fishing cleaning space and a shed with a freezer.

Located near the Baltic Sea, only 5 minutes by car from the natural beach Rosenfelde, you live in our bungalow, with its own garden directly in the countryside. A car is beneficial for exploring the adjacent places such as Heiligenhafen, Weissenhäuser Strand, Grömitz or Dahme. There are sleeping places for 4 adults but also as a family with small children everything is available (please let us know what is needed). Shops are about 7 km away in Grube or Oldenburg in Holstein.

The bungalow is located on a very quiet, only for residents accessible plot. The beach can be reached on foot in about 8 minutes. The way there leads past a great climbing park. The centre of Boltenhagen is about 1.5 km away. A bus goes right around the corner. Restaurants, shopping facilities and several playgrounds are in the vicinity. The house lies not far from the Nord-Ostseekanal. We have a terrace and a garden to spend time and make breakfast in open air, if the wheather allows it :-) It's available for groups, families and cyclists. Till now the bathroom only can be reached through the doublebed-room. We're searching for another solution. In 125 qm you have much space. Shops for daily needs are nearby. And there are many possibilties for day trips.
