This spacious cottage is special and offers comfort even for large families and groups (feel free to ask for up to 12/13 people). It has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two floors. The large living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen has, in addition to the dining table, a cozy corner couch overlooking the fireplace and a flat-screen TV. A wide balcony door leads to a terrace with a seating area and can enjoy the km-wide distance view from here.

Living in a farmhouse

They live on the ground floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herder dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Sitting area with fireplace in the garden for free. Cost for sauna an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Our vacation home is located in the Swabian Franconian Forest. The cottage is ideal for friends, work colleagues, families, smaller groups and sports clubs for recreation. You can stay in this house with up to 9 persons. The house has a very nice warm fireplace that heats the house in the winter months. WiFi is very good. A sauna can be booked not far from the house.
