Summer holiday in Southern Sweden? Here the family can stay close to Kristiansand city and all the exciting things the city has to offer, but in a quiet environment. The house is located in a cozy neighborhood with walking distance to the sea and lovely nature. The house has a large open living room/kitchen solution, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + a guest toilet and laundry room. 8 min drive to Kristiansand city center, walking distance to several beaches, and 20 min by car to the zoo/Sørlandssenteret.Perfect for one to two families who want summer holidays in the South!

House for rent during holidays. Easter is still available

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

Cozy house in Vennesla near Tømmerrenna (10 min) Dyreparken (30 min), university in Agder (20 min) , and with Beach/swimming area 50 m from the house. Right by the Sunday open grocery store, bus stop and only 1 km to Vennesla city center with cozy pedestrian street, cafes and shops, playgrounds and beach path. Large parking space by the house. 25 min to Kristiansand center with Aquarama, bystranda, kunstsiloen, Kilden, harbor where the Color Line goes from and the fishing pier. Please do not smoke or party.

Downtown - undisturbed, southern idyll, seaview

Please contact us for any other dates. Charming newly renovated southern house from 1880 with 180 degree sea view. Great view from the whole house. Large unobstructed terrace. The house is within walking distance to the small ferry port in the city center which has lines out to the many islands. The city center with cozy streets, cafes, etc. is only about 10 minutes walk from the house. There are several beaches close by. The house is in good condition and has been renovated in 2021 with a new bathroom

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walk distance to the beach (Bay of Bees). More shops and Lund square and the city. Cozy place. Has 3 bedrooms, possible for 5 sleeping places. Also includes 2 bathrooms. 2 living rooms. Small porch. and outdoor area downstairs with large trampoline. I live here when it's not rented. Some personal touch will meet in my lovely home. And if desired and rent for a longer period of time, I am open to negotiating price.

Huset har carport og plass til en bil til foran huset. På baksiden er det skjermet hage med hagemøbler og gassgrill tilgjengelig. Noen leker og spill tilgjengelig. Tangvall sentrum har mange butikker, kafeer, bowling. Det er gode bussforbindelse fra Tangvall til Krsand sentrum. Gratis pendlerparkering finner du på Tangvall bak Esso.

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Great and very spacious (323 sqm) holiday home with panoramic views over the entrance to Risør! Located close to the center and sea, as well as very short way to great hiking terrain in Urheia. Iddylian Swiss villa, in Southern Norway

It is charming, historic house from 1906. Here you have plenty of space of 300 sqm, and a large garden on the outside. You can use vegetables from our garden and eggs from our chickens and quails, while you stay here. There are lots of toys for children in the house. 31min to the Zoo in Kristiansand 37min to Kristiansand City Centre 15min to Arendal 10min to Grimstad 10min to Storesand beach at Fevik

New spacious villa on Hisøy near Arendal.

New house (170 m2) on Hisøy near Arendal. Close to beaches and the city center by ferry and very nice hiking area. The house is close to the wood. A short distance to walk (15 min) to the ferry to Arendal, which leaves every half an hour. And close to the bus(4 min walk) and grocery store. 5 min. drive to the beach or a stroll. 40 min. til Kristiansand dyrepark with a car.

Cosy home, 3 bedrooms, fast wifi

Flott bolig i enderekkehus stille og rolig område med kun 10 min. Gange til Årossanden som har nydelig sandstrand. Gode bussforbindelser til Kristiansand, og kun 20 min. Med bil til Dyreparken og ett av Norges største shoppingsenter. Eget badebasseng på terrassen som er til fri bruk på eget ansvar(sesong) Det er en katt i huset, med katteluke, i tilfelle noen er allergiske.
