The apartment is on one level, furnished with combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 single 80 cm wide beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed 120 cm wide down and 80 cm wide up. Sun from morning to evening. Car parking under the roof. We have boats for rent. Norwegian and German TV channels accessible Essentials, bed linen/towels etc, can be rented for NOK 150,-/set. Note that the apartment is located in a bay with marina and cafe on the other side, traffic here can occasionally feel like noise.

Welcome to my newly renovated home, perfect as a commuter home, or as a relaxing and comfortable getaway! ☀️ The accommodation is located in the middle of the island with proximity to both the sea, city, country, and great swimming opportunities. Public parking and bus pocket is available just outside the house. The accommodation is close to a main road that can be busy at times, but the house is well insulated against noise. The accommodation is ready to host guests, even if there is still some outdoor work. Welcome!😀

Rural dorm, water views 5km to animal parc

Apartment rented in a rural location, apartment is at the end of our house 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200 sofa with space for two TV and Internet Dishwasher & Refrigerator Washing machine and a small drying rack ,living room,kitchen, Outdoor seating area, in season. Toy monkeys on the outside can be disposed of but must then be shared with our kids if they are at home. Lots of sun and nice views of a water. No bus connection from us. 5km to the Southern Center/ Zoo 14 km to Kristiansand 11 km to little sand

Sørlandshus in idyllic Kolbjørnsvik

Vi leier ut vårt sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

Downtown south country house

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to housekeepers. Panoramic view of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feel, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. You don't need to bring soap, shampoo, etc. And some basic items will be available at your disposal. Everyone who rent from us will be greeted with a nice welcome gift.

Sørlandshus in the middle of Arendal city - on the water's edge

Unique location on Tyholmen in Arendal center - immediate distance to water, beach, marina, town, shopping center and restaurants. The 18th century house has 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in living room, full kitchen, tiled bathroom, a fire place and a patio. One climb stairs on the outside to get to the house. We also have a fairly steep staircase up to the second floor of the house (indoor). Recommend parking in Tyholmen parking garage 2 min from the house.

Idyll at the seaside. Sunny patio right outside the door, with dining area, sun loungers and fire pit. Lovely for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. Short walk (25 min.) to cozy Arendal centre's restaurants, shopping and the tourist attraction the glass elevator. Kayak/Boat can be borrowed/rented. Parking for your car right outside the house. Cozy for the summer holidays or if housing is needed for short-term stays throughout the year.

Charming older southern house with sunny garden and porch. City center walking distance. Room for one car. The residence is about 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, attic, bathroom, laundry room and living room with open kitchen solution. The residence has sea glow and it is 80 m down to the city fjord. Only 5 min to go to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery, cafe, etc.

New spacious villa on Hisøy near Arendal.

New house (170 m2) on Hisøy near Arendal. Close to beaches and the city center by ferry and very nice hiking area. The house is close to the wood. A short distance to walk (15 min) to the ferry to Arendal, which leaves every half an hour. And close to the bus(4 min walk) and grocery store. 5 min. drive to the beach or a stroll. 40 min. til Kristiansand dyrepark with a car.
