Our cozy cabin is located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Kabayama Village, very close to the lively Ski Resort of Hirafu. You’ll love staying at our place away from the hustle of Hirafu and only 200m walk to the FREE Hirafu shuttle bus stop looping every 30 mins from 8am - 6pm (there is a couple of breaks in service during the day). It's great place for couples, friends or small families. We have another two listings available all next door to each other, if travelling in a bigger group.

Comfortable, cozy & sparkling clean house located in the center of all Niseko ski areas (5~15min driving) in a quiet neighborhood outside the hotel villages. The house is great for families/friends (MAX 6 people: adults+children- no additional infants-NO EXCEPTION) with a CAR looking for a quiet space (2 cars max). Car is a must since no restaurants, shops, lifts are at walking distance. From Oct 2024 a resort fee (around 100 to 200 JPY/pers/night) will be requested and payable at checking.

We have renewed the house but have kept the place a Japanese ski chalet, the lounge has retained the high ceilings with wood walls. We have a new kitchen, toilets with washlets, bathroom basins, all new windows throughout, and floor heating in the ski room/ entrance and first floor bathroom.

Completed in 2016, Zangetsu is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in lower Hirafu villgae. Conveniently located just a short walk from the free shuttle bus. Featuring a home entertainment system and a free Netflix account there is plenty to keep the young ones entertained. One of the highlights is a sauna to help smoothe the muscles after a long day on the ski slopes. The house also has Air Conditioning for the warm summer months!
