The Zimmer has a private entrance. Located 2.4 km from Tel Hashomer (Sheba.) And2.8 km from Beilinson Hospital, 1.1 km walking distance from Bar Ilan University, there is no adjacent safe room. In a vintage style unit you'll find , books, singing in every corner, kitchen, AC, double bed, dining/working table, toilet and shower cabin, washer, iron TV. Not suitable for those coming with more than a suitcase and a troll. The studio is in a 90 year old house! As a witness for modest days. A rural island in the urban sea. The unit is located at the center of Jaffa . Really attached to the private entrance grocery store not in a residential building. There is a large room where a sofa bed and kitchenette and a small room with a separation of a curtain where there is a double bed,from the small room you reach the bathroom/shower. About 7 minutes walking to the amazing sea of Jaffa on the hill on it. A few minutes walk to Wolfson train. Buses/light rail nearby. Grocery and play garden for the little ones close by,and a city pool during the summer months.

Our place is situated in our 250 sqm garden with an outdoor sitting place. The space is 9*3 metres, 27 sqm, located in a quiet neighberrhood with an easy access to go everywhere. There is a pizza, a supermarket and a grossery store near by. A wide park is in a minute walking distance for jogging and relaxing. Herzliya city center is in a 5 minutes walking distance. The place is decorated as a surfers cabin, the bed mesures are 140/190 cm.
