Beautiful 4 bedroom house with 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms only a few meters from the sea and a short distance from the main beach. Peaceful and Quite but there is a mall 20 km from town if boredom sets in. Have a bbq with the sound and fresh smell of the ocean or start the day with a cup of coffee overlooking the majestic Atlantic Ocean. Everything from one of the top 5 golf courses in the country to the best hiking and Mountian biking trials you will ever experience. An inverter is in place.

A perfect peaceful space, where you can feel the cool ocean breeze drifting across the palm trees as you sip drinks on the deck and enjoy the view. This calm, ocean facing one-bedroom unit with a kitchenette and full bathroom is located close to walking paths and to Stanford's Cove. The unit is on the first floor and has its own private entrance, and off-street parking, with outdoor security cameras.
