The location is magnificent, with all the city's entertainment right next to it: market hall and market square ( less than 100 m ), Oulu theatre (220 m), movies ( 280 m ), restaurants ( less than 100 m ), city centre shops, beach ( 230 m ), etc. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. A triangle built with stunning river scenery invites you to relax in a peaceful environment. Stylish and atmospheric, the apartment is equipped with two bedrooms, one with 120 wide motor beds and the other with a 140cm wide spreadable couch. The spacious living room has a comfortable couch and rocking chair. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to the laundry room, there is a separate toilet. From the corner sofa on the large balcony, you can admire the sunset. The location is excellent, only about a mile from downtown.

Cottage is small (38m2) but well designed and equipped (dishwasher, washing machine), decorated by Scandinavian style and also offers sauna experience. Beautiful studio from the seafront in Toppilansaari. Toppilansaari is located about 3 km from the center of Oulu in a maritime setting. Only about 1 km to Nallikari beach. Shop about 900 meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment has a basic set of dishes for two. Air conditioner installed on July 19, 2024 to ease the heat 160cm wide bed, extra mattress available. Garage parking available for a separate fee, check availability in advance.
