Built in 2023, the Green Heron Cottage is our 3BR/2 BA 1,700 sq ft modern design open concept space that sits on our 4.5 acres lake front property with 650 feet of water frontage. This retreat is close to everything, ~30-35 minutes to Ft Moore/Columbus, Pine Mtn & Auburn/Opelika. Private fire pit, hammock and yard. Boat from your dock just a few short minutes to get delicious eats, gas for the boat, and lake life essentials. Spacious dock on deep water lot. Enjoy large outdoor dinners at our 8-person deck dining table or have even more friends and family over and use our indoor table seating 12 with beautiful lake views. Farm Charm is a great way to describe this house and the surrounding area. Its a country setting with plenty outside room for children to run and play. The porch is a great asset with, rocking chairs, picnic table, barbecue pit for grilling. Inside is decorated with a morden flair. All beds have new comfortable mattresses in a very spacious size room. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking for your family. However, many guest dine out and visit Calloway Gardens.
