Located on the road of Bomun Tourist Complex and Bulguksa in Gyeongju, the property is 7 minutes by car from Bomun Complex, 5 minutes from Bulguksa, and is located in an area where it is good to travel to Gyeongju's downtown tourist attractions and Yangnam, and Gampo (Sea Area Station) in about 20 minutes. Cozy House is a modern-style duplex and is a great space for couples to use. Enjoy a relaxing view of Mt. Toham from the private terrace and inside the room full of emotion:) It is a double accommodation, including all infants, and are not allowed to add people. * The pool is a shared outdoor pool that is only open during the summer months and is not a heated pool. * We change bedding (duvet cover, pillow cover) daily. * We prepare an outdoor electric grill for 20000 won for 2 people, so barbecue is allowed on the individual terrace. * One more thing I will tell you about there are cats in the yard. This spacious home is suitable for the whole family. Young people have been trendy these days. It's close to the Marine Corps Training Center, so it's good for families to visit from a distance to see the Marine Corps graduation ceremony. The air is really nice and quiet. Yangpo Beach and Yangpo Port Complex Park Haenyeo Pocha are 5-10 minutes away by car. Sinchang Beach and Goara Beach, which opens in July 2024, are 5-10 minutes away by car. Guryongpo is 15 minutes away. In Yangpo Bangpaje, fishermen really like that it's based on water half a year.
