We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and can be reached optimally by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to buy a property right on the water. In addition to our now fully renovated single-family house, our cottage located directly on the waterfront is also located on the property, which we have now also partially renovated. Only 200 m from the Röblinsee is the new holiday home. The immediate surroundings with several lakes and forests invite you to cycle, hike, swim or simply relax. The house is with 2 floors and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 1.60 m) ideally suited for up to 4 people. The house has a small (partly wild) garden with terrace and a balcony with lake view. A few minor cosmetic repairs are still pending - but we're working on it.
