You'll have in disposition the whole home, very spacious, all new Just 4 mins drive from the center of the city and easy to explore the island. There is a huge lounge room, 2 rooms each with AC , 2 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and yard around the house. You ll have the opportunity to live in a quiet neighborhood and n the middle of the authenticity of the island and lovely neighbors.

Beautiful spacious house (100 m2) on a hill next to Santana Bay and Santana Island in the middle of a very large garden (2000m2); This authentic wooden house offers impressive views and all the peace and quietness you could wish for. It has a large enclosed garden and direct access to the sea and a small beach, a spacious terrace and a roof terrace with pergola, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is surfing 15 minutes away on foot and a diving center 15 minutes by car.
