We offer our approximately 200 years old, completely renovated hut for exclusive use. Here alpine cosiness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage has an area of around 50 square metres and is the perfect place to stay for four. It is located in a sunny hillside location. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal glacier railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking skiing, canoeing and much more. Mini cottage surrounded by the greenery of the mini Valbruna golf course. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka,toaster ,microwave ,kettle and coffee ,snacks , toast bread,jams. In the bathroom, shower ,sink and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini golf cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left there is the indication of the mini golf.

Imagine peace & quiet, a private track with no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offers a different beautiful view... East sunrise, shaded south sitting place; but sunny in winter! Lunch/dinner facing west, shaded by an old pear tree. Nights are dark, starry, silent or animal sounds!. Village life is lovely 7min walk across meadows. Small farmshop (in Winter). In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves homecooked food.

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

100 years old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Special care was taken with regard to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, waste wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cosy little house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.
