Apartment in the house Wadden Sea in Emden in the listed townhouse at Petkumer Strasse 17 The modern non-smoking apartment,with its own entrance and a living area of about 200 sqm has a total of 4 large bedrooms with each a double bed, wardrobe , chest of drawers, nightstand The rooms are as follows : 1 floor - a room with a double bed, wardrobe ,desk and chest of drawers - a sofa in the living area and a chest of drawers - In the living area there is a TV, free Wi-Fi access to the usual conditions. - The kitchenette with the cozy dining area includes a fridge/freezer, kettle, oven with ceramic hob, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. - a bathroom with shower Floor 2 - 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 1 bedroom with desk - the beautiful bright reading room - bathroom with bathtub Of course, we provide you with the first set of bed linen,as well as hand towels and a hair dryer free of charge. Final cleaning €195 interim cleaning (if desired) by arrangement. New bed linen €20 New towels 15€ In the upper apartment no animals are allowed due to the parquet and the historic staircase. There is no smoking in the entire building. On request we can provide you with a high chair and/or a baby cot. Neu gebautes Ferienhaus auf einem direkten Wasser- bzw. Strandgrundstück "Am Wangermeer" in Hohenkirchen für idealerweise 2-4 Personen. Der direkte Blick aufs Wasser ist vom Bett und vom Wohnzimmer aus möglich. Über den Privatstrand ist der Zugang zum See (Wangermeer) jederzeit gewährt. Der See ist ein Badesee, eignet sich aber auch zum SUP fahren. Gegenüber ist auch die Indoorspielewelt am Feriendorf Wangerland. Zur Nordsee (z.B. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) oder Jever ca. 15 Minuten.

Das Modell 06 "Juist" hat ein separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Für evtl. mitreisende 3 und 4 Person muss das Schlafsofa im Salon zum Bett umgebaut werden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Ein TV gehört ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. In unserem Hausboot-Resort ist in der Sommersaison die kostenfreie Nutzung eines Kanus, Tret- und Ruderbootes inklusive. An Land steht ebenfalls kostenfrei ein Grillplatz mit Sitzgelegenheiten bereit. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind auch reichlich vorhanden.

The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Apartment in Dangast: sleeps two. Short walk to beach. On the ground floor there is the living room with a cozy sofa corner to relax, a south-facing terrace with sun protection and sun loungers. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and a washing machine in addition to the usual equipment with a stove, oven and refrigerator. Upstairs are the bedroom and the bathroom with shower. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Everything is new and ready for you.

Sit back and relax in our stylish and brightly decorated holiday home on the Great Sea. Enjoy the beautiful open lake view from all rooms. The property with its own jetty and boat dock is oriented to the south side. In addition to a brick built barbecue, the large garden also offers a cozy place to relax in the hammock.
