Located between The Hague and Rotterdam, you have the house all to yourself in a quiet residential neighbourhood walking distance from the village centre. Public EV chargers in the vicinity. It is spacious, a great place to work and relax. The house is in 1970's style. It is well equipped, has washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and more. Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the water with a 13 meter long dock for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). In a few minutes you will sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Herring Fleet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not far away. The popular tourist city of Rotterdam is only 25 minutes by car.

Tiny Canal House in Historic Gouda

Ons kleine monumentale grachtenpand ligt op een steenworp afstand van het historische stadhuis, het museum en de Sint-Janskerk, wereldberoemd om zijn glas-in-loodramen. De geschiedenis van het huis dateert van 1390. De naam die het pand lang heeft gedragen was "'t Pyntgen Wijns" (een pintje wijn). Misschien dus een kleine wijnbar. De kunst galerie op de begane grond is alleen op afspraak geopend. En voor gasten van de Airbnb altijd toegankelijk.
