The apartment is fully equipped, from dishwasher to gas grill to blender, 2xTV. With sauna, garden, terrace.... It is a 3-minute drive to the reservoir. The river Steyrling flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel benches and the possibility to refresh yourself. (200m from the house). Gasthaus, Bongos pizza and village shop 5 min walking.

Traditional, newly renovated Ausseer house which is only a few meters about 5-10 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Grundlsee. From the house you have a beautiful picturesque view of the lake and the massive mountains. On the sun terrace or in the sauna you can end the day comfortably. Sufficient space for up to 8 people. Directly from the house there are numerous hiking trails and mountain bike trails and the nearest ski area in winter is only a few kilometers away.
