Welcome to this quiet, newly built home in the heart of nature ❤️ Here you will find a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, water and coffee maker. There is a washing machine as well as a bathroom with shower. On the terrace outside the cottage there is a seating area 🙌 The property consists of two cabins: a fully equipped cabin with a 180 cm double bed and a 130 cm sofa bed and a small cabin next door with two 90cm beds (this one lacks running water 💧 N.B. Det finns gungställning, studsmatta, lekstuga, leksaker och en pool att fördriva tiden med. Det finns också grill och utomhusmöbler där man kan njuta av kvällssolen. I närheten finns Furuviksparken, badstrand och Gävle city med allt vad det innebär! Noter att poolen har plats för 8 vuxna personer och är inställd på 37 celsius. Den går att använda från maj till september månad.

There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Large garden with terrace and barbecue possibilities. 5.5 km to Strandbaden and central Årsunda where there are nice swimming opportunities, grocery store and restaurant. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Perfect location next to quiet seaside bay and proximity to wonderful hiking trails and nice restaurants, only 15 minutes from Gävle city center. Large plot with lovely fruit trees and good opportunities for outdoor activities. The big house has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. The small cabin has 2 extra beds. For the golf enthusiast, it's close to Gävle Golf Club.

Our home is a beautiful town house with a small private garden. It´s situated in the Old Town (Gamla Gefle). The house have been a star of the TV-show 'Who lives here' Vem Bor Här Here are cobbled streets with patterns partly from the Middle Ages. Many of the houses are from the 18th century. Nearby you can choose from more than twenty restaurants.
