Es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum und eine gemeinsame Küche mit riesigem, überdachten Balkon. Das Haus umgibt ein herrlicher Garten mit kleinem Teich, der den Gästen nach Absprache zur ruhigen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht. Hunde bitte nur nach vorheriger Absprache. Zusätzlich befindet sich im DG eine FeWo für 6 - 8 Personen.

Wir, Vater und Tochter, Judith und Engelbert bieten eine unkomplizierte, einfache Unterkunft an. Es sind Doppelzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und privatem Badezimmer aber ohne Frühstück. Da ich berufstätig bin bieten wir Frühstück nur auf Anfrage zum Aufpreis von 12,- pro Frühstück pro Person an. Wir sind im Tal zentral gelegen. Im Winter hält der Skibus direkt vor unserem Skikeller. Wir bemühen uns ein ausgewogenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis anzubieten und freuen uns auf jeden Gast

Enjoy wonderful days in our family guest house, which is run in the second and third generation by Heidi and Elisabeth. The house is located on a quiet and central one-way street, about 5 minutes walk from the train station and Zugspitz station. The two centres of Garmisch-Partenkirchen are also within 10 minutes' walk, such as the Irish Pub, Sausalitos, ice cream parlour, Greek, Vietnamese, Italian and Bavarian restaurants. Mountain views are guaranteed.

You will have a room in a typical bavarian house. The house is at the end of a dead end. It´s very calm over there. The bed is 200 x 140 cm. If there is a second guest, I will charge an other 15.—Euro. There are 3 dogs in the house, so you shouldn´t be afraid of dogs or being allergic. They are used to other dogs. To Ammersee you have about 500 meters. If you want to visit Munic. It´s a 1 hour ride by train, or about 45 minutes by car.

There are 36 m² available for you. The suite is housed in a former Jagdschlössl in the Tiroler Zugspitzarena. From Schlössl you have an amazing view of the Zugspitz massif.
