Family Home Near the Mountains & Lake

Moderate size home, with three bedrooms (one king, one queen, one full) located in Gunstock Acres. The house is in walking distance near a number of small hiking trails and a short-driving distance to a number of more advanced trails, like Mount Major. The house is located 2.5 miles from Gunstock Mountain Resort with a number of family activities, 8 miles from Weirs Beach in Laconia and 13 miles from Meredith; all with a number of restaurants and fun family activities, including the ice castles.

Cozy home near the lake is a peaceful place to relax or adventure in the lakes region.The house is located right next to the Glendale Yacht Club and 0.3 miles or a 6 min walk (based on Google) to the Lyon's Den Restaurant and water access at the Glendale Public Docks (no swim area). The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)

Charming cottage with 3 bedrooms just a small walk to Sunapee lake. You can enjoy swimming off the dock or explore one of the many harbors on the lake. Mount Sunapee is just around the corner (2 minute drive) and offers many fun activities for the whole family. Including zip lines, mtn biking and much more. Sunapee State beach is also within walking distance or just a short drive away. Offers large sandy beach. This rustic cottage is a perfect place to make memories with family and friends.

Snowshoe, skate, ice fish, cross country ski on the frozen pond during winter and enjoy downhill at Mt Sunapee just 8 min away or just relax by the wood stove!! This family home is spacious and accommodating for those looking to relax while away from the ski slopes or simply wanting to get away from the city. Situated nearby a plethora of hiking and mountain biking trails, lakes for fishing and paddling, the home is perfect for those craving the great outdoors. The home is 6 min from Wachusett Mountain Ski Resort, 3 min from the Wachusett Brewery, and 1 min from the 1761 Old Mill Restaurant.

Each bedroom has separate toilet/sink room, shared shower room for your and your guests alone. Hallway living room at one end with 2 couches, desk and TV Other end is full compact kitchen with dishwasher, stove and over, full size refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave.

5 miles to Okemo Mountain, this private and spacious setting offers access to hiking, skiing, snowmobiling or cycling. After hours of fun, relax by the fireplace, soak in the hot tub, cook a well-deserved meal or plan an evening out. A perfect location for families or groups of friends. This charming house is close to the quaint Village of Woodstock, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the quality furnishings, air conditioning, the outdoors space, the quiet neighborhood, the comfy beds, and the light. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids). Sorry, we can no longer welcome pets.
