Zwei liebevoll eingerichtete Häuser auf einem 2500 qm großem Naturgrundstück mit typischen Birken und Kiefern in bester und ruhiger Lage in einer sehr schönen Villengegend mit teils alten Sommerhäusern. Das große sichtgeschützte Grundstück befindet sich an einem Privatweg der zum Strand führt und dort endet und nur von den Anliegern genutzt wird und daher kaum befahren wird.
