1 Bedroom Annex Retreat - on a working farm

This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). We are surrounded by wildlife, please look at other details for a list of birds an Ornithologist spotted

This lovely home is based just off the market square in the wonderful market town of Masham. Close to all the local attractions, Masham boasts two breweries, a variety of pubs, restaurants and cafés. Alongside regular markets there are beautiful galleries, a glass blowing workshop, and many gift & sweet shops! Masham is a perfect start point for outdoor pursuits, there are many beautiful circular walks for all abilities and cyclists will be spoilt for choice for routes into the dales and beyond

Our attractive one bed cottage has an outdoor sunken patio kitchen area with charcoal BBQ and a raised decking area. A cosy home from home, with a touch of luxury! This cosy 4 bedroom cottage looks over the Market Square in the centre of Masham. The Grade 2 listed property has interesting features in abundance. A living flame gas fire keeps the lounge perfectly warm and cosy. There are 4 bedrooms 2 of which are en-suite the other double and twin share the house bathroom. Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We would welcome all visitors, but we don’t accept children.
