Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Parking on the premises. 50km to Legoland. 15 km to Esbjerg. 25 km to the North Sea ( Blåvand / Henne Strand) 1 km to train station. 900m to city center. 500m to Lidl and Rema 1000. 1 bathroom with shower/wc 1 bathroom with WC 1 room with double bed. 1 room with 3/4 bed. This unique cottage is located on the idyllic wadden sea island of Rømø. The house is located on a hilly natural site with 180 degree panoramic views of meadows facing Rømø's wide, white beaches. The house sleeps 6 (+1 baby bed) and sauna. The house is bright and friendly in design and has a great view to the west. The house includes a lovely, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the ground there is direct access to a bicycle and footpath that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.

Soak up the sounds of calm at this family-knit-friendly home, which boasts plenty of activities beyond the norm for all kinds of children and adults. The home is well-secured for toddlers, where there may be free homegrown fruits and eggs from your own hens for free use. The reason leads down to a “big” river, where fish jumps from! Little House a cosy place.

Slap af i denne frit liggende fredfyldte bolig, med alle moderne bekvemmeligheder. Fint mindre hus med 2 separate værelser, fuldt køkken, vaskerum, badeværelse og privat parkering. Ugenert plads med bord/ stole til rådighed udenfor ( fællesgrund med ejer) . Vi ligger 5 min. fra strand, havnebad sportsfaciliteter , skov og dyrepark- 10 min. fra Fanøfærge og 30 min. kørsel til Vesterhavet/ Blåvand. Gode buslinier til centrum og indkøbsmuligheder i gåafstand.

Stunning summerhouse in very beautiful nature

A cozy authentic Danish summerhouse in the middle of the beautiful west coast nature on a very private piece of land just next to the reserved moor. Only around 1,5 kilometers to the center of Blåvand and around 2,5 kilometers to the awesome beach at Hvidbjerg. This is our favorite place in Denmark and we use the house a lot ourselves hence feels more like a “home away from home”’ then a rental house!
