Modern family villa with heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. Within 10 minutes walking distance to sandy beaches. A small convinience store 200 meters from the house, where you can buy fresh bread in the morning and icecream after a long day at the beach. Close you can also find a couple of restaurants. Located ten minutes outside Varberg, approx. 45 minutes south of Gothenburg, in an idyllic summer retreat along the coast. A perfect place for 2-3 families to enjoy a Swedish vacation.

Bright and spacious with open plan with large surfaces. double bedrooms with bathrooms in direct connection. Two "children's rooms" with beds and space for mattresses on the floor. Extra room with double bed In private house (converted and decorated storage room) only a few steps out onto the terrace you will find this room.

Space for the whole family, with extra amenities like heated outdoor bath, fireplace as well as exercise area with weights. Sea view and large patio for cozy socializing together. Rural feel, but cycling distance to town, about 7 km and just over 3 km to the beach. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large social areas also indoors. Cat is in the home and would love to get food and get let in some evenings. Otherwise, he's mostly outside.
