Secluded, peaceful and close to downtown. 37 sqm

Old, but charming guest house. 34 sqm on the 1st floor, plus about 20 sqm on the sleeping loft. Peaceful location. Small entrance hall, dining area, small kitchenette and living room on 1 floor. Newly renovated dorm on the 2nd floor with two good beds 140 and 150 cm. 2 pillows and a double duvet in each bed. Private sheltered patio without transparency. 5 min from Tønsberg center by car. Grocery store, bus stop , gym, swimming pool in walking distance. 15 min walk to the hospital. Regarding pets, this has to be agreed upon beforehand.

Lovely little house by the water in Tønsberg

Enjoy quiet days in a lovely annex for 100 m from the water. Quiet and tranquil surroundings. Sea view. 6km from Tønsberg centre-summer town. The host lives in the main house on the property. There are a few meters between the buildings. A bedroom with a double bed, large closet. Living room with kitchenette, bathroom and hallway downstairs. And terrace with sea view. From the hallway there are steep stairs up to the loft described as bedroom 2, where there are mattresses and cozy space. Do not stand height. Large window (see photo).

Cozy annex with evening sun way through the evening. Proximity to the store and the sea which is 2km away. Bus stop only 250m away. Charcoal grill (in summer) is available and a small terrace with table and 2 chairs. Inside there is a bedroom with a 120 bed. On the loft there are 2 75 cm mattress. Duvets and pillows are available for 3 people. Bed lin and towels are brought or rented All kitchen utensils are available. Wifi. TV with chromecast. Tønsberg city is 8 km away. Sandefjord Torp airport is 30 km away.

Annex for rent

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Located in the Garden of the main house tucked away from the road. Can put in travel bed for small children, and has a pouf for extra bed. 3 min to Bus that goes to Tønsberg/Hvasser/ Verdens Ende. Five minutes to Tjøme Sentrum , golf course, grocery store, bakery outlet, cafes , skate court, sports/fitness park health club and library. Good hiking areas in the surrounding area. Access to airfryer, kettle and equipment for light meals

Guest house with exit to a small sheltered valley. Spacious bathroom. Kitchen in main room. A bed 150cmx 200. A bright garden room with daybed 90cmx200cm. and table/chairs. Secluded terrace outside. Parking space is right by. A large and simple barbecue. The place is peaceful and undisturbed with hiking trails to Eidene, World's End, Ormelet and Tjøme city center. Short distance to several public swimming beaches. Bakery , ice cream parlor and restaurant at Ormelet, about 10 minutes to walk.

Leiligheten er 49 Kvm og har fasiliteter som vaskemaskin, håndklær og ligger i barnevennlig hage med uteleker. Leiligheten ligger i andre etasje med inngang på venstre side av bygningen. Stranden ligger i umiddelbar nærhet og kun 20 min kjøring til Verdens Ende. 15 minutter fra Tønsberg med bussforbindelse. Leiligheten passer til fire personer. Den har to soverom med brede senger på begge rommene. Vi tar utvask, men vi ønsker at våre leietagere behandler leiligheten pent og rydder før avgang.
