Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car, or 2 on request It’s a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size. The other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in peak season. Any questions, please just ask me. Our little cottage is known as 'the cottage with the little pink kitchen'. Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.

Thorpe is a detached, contemporary, 5 bedroom coastal house with stunning views to the sea and a short walk to the beach and town. This 1930's house was extensively modernized in 2008 (as featured on BBC1 Homes programme) to provide luxury accommodation throughout. A sunken hot tub in the front decking enjoys the best views of Woolacombe beach. Thorpe is a family home, maintained to a high standard throughout. We enjoy fabulous guest reviews on Vrbo which are really important to us.
