Safe place in nature and very well located, with asphalt to the place, ideal for hiking on and off. Artesian well water and great amenities. Waking up to the sound of birds, sunrise on the balcony of the room and the sunset on the front balcony are a differential. That experience that your stay in Gramado deserves!

Relaxe neste espaço calmo e cheio de estilo.Melhor lugar de toda a região, as nossas tres cabanas ficam a doze minutos do centro, os ultimos 6 minutos são de estrada de chão. Tem mercado a oito minutos das cabanas peço que me chamem e oriento voçês. Alguns comentarios colocam cabana retirada. A nossa idéia é justamente essa, mas temos em nossa região otimos restaurantes, cachoeiras e muito mais é so me pedir que oriento, algumas pessoas simplesmente não pedem nada daí fica dificel.

Beautiful lawn house in the best location 4 bedrooms

House in a gated community very close to downtown Gramado! The best location. Before booking in Gramado, look at the map and check the distance from the center!! The location of the house avoids use of Uber or parking (which is difficult) in the city center. Perfect for families and with these amenities only my home!!! Air conditioning in all rooms and living room. Bathtub without closed hydro of glass and use only for guests. Bathtub in one of the en-suites too! Two car spaces.
