In a wooded and very quiet residence, with swimming pool (in summer) 3 room apartment, perfectly equipped for 6 people. The apartment has a beautiful terrace, with views of the mountains, in absolute calm. Close to shops (supermarket/pharmacy 500 m, bakery 800 m, curist shuttle at the foot of the residence, 500 m train station, 1.5 km from the city center.) Perfect for stays in any season. Excellent for departures hikes, lake nearby, ski etc... Ski and bike lockers in the residence.

On the ski resort of Superbagnères (Saint Aventin). foot of the slopes. Studio cabin, 2nd floor, facing the Pic du Céciré. Fully-equipped kitchen, bathtub. Access to -2 slopes. Numerous hiking tours possible in winter by snowshoe and summer by treck, 20 mountain bike tours. Cable car to and from Luchon. Family resort.
