In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment that contains a double bed for two people, but can be added to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another lounger. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your recreation. Your big and small four-legged favorites are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space in the lush pastures in summer. A riding area is also available. In the apartment is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby: bakery in the village Supermarkets - neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Reitverein/- in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of North - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx. 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why it is recommended to arrive by car. New apartment on the west beach

Hello, we offer a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), walk to the beach in 4 minutes, walk to town in 5 minutes. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small but nice. Looking forward to seeing you soon!Very suitable for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for children because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cots etc!!! I'm really sorry but since I have kids myself, I speak from experience

120 modern, magnificent sqm on the North Sea

Aloa ihr Urlaubsreifen, bitte lest die Beschreibung ganz genau durch. Die meisten Fragen beantworten sich von ganz allein. Ebenfalls allerhand Missverständnisse. Wenn ich noch einmal lesen muss, dass die Unterkunft sehr außerhalb liegt oder es „nur eine Wohnung“ und kein ganzes Haus sei, dann muss ich weinen. Die Wohnung ist 120qm groß und bietet Platz für 8 Erwachsene und ein Baby. Pro Tag zahlt man zu viert (plus Baby) 99 Euro. Jede weitere Person kostet 15 Euro. Ein Urlaubsschnapper!

Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surfing/kitesurfing school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, recreation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dyke. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 children.
