The workshop

2 room apartment newly renovated this summer with, among other things, a new kitchen and bathroom. There's easy access via a code lock so you can arrive at your convenience. Located in the outhouse next to our own home. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding mall. Under half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse, and Givskud Zoo. There are about 700 meters to the shopping opportunity as well as bakeries. Cozy and peaceful garden where no facilities are to be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including at Donssøarna. There's also a bike path to Kolding.

Lovely annex with lots of options

Accommodation of approx. 22m2 with ceiling, private bathroom with shower, private kitchen with fridge and induction hobs. The annex is placed as an angle on the carport/utility room and is located in the garden. There are 4 sleeping places, two on the loft and two on the sofa bed. Duvets/pillows/bedding/ towels/ kitchen towels are for free use. A washing machine/tumble dryer can be borrowed, however, just as the glass house is for free use with the host couple. The property is located about 2 km from the fjord and forest as well as 8 km from Juelsminde.

50 years ago, a Sprite 400 caravan, was heaven for escapists, hedonists, and people who needed to 'get out'. Today, you can experience life in a tiny Sprite 400 - placed in gorgeous surroundings. Yes, it's tiny. The double bed is tiny (120 cm X 200 cm). The extra bed is tiny. The sink is tiny. But it will not be a tiny experience. The surrounding landscape is huge and plentiful. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her.
