On main bus routes into Bournemouth town or walk along the beach! Laid back from the road and attached to one of the oldest houses in Southbourne (1840's), we have a clean, double glazed and peaceful space with a quirky (shared) courtyard. Express store around the corner!

You can walk the cliff path for breakfast at the Hive cafe on Burton Bradstock or to the Anchor at Seatown for drinks and dinner on the cliff. Explore the coastline jump in the double kayak then back to sample the menus at Rise or The Watch House just outside your door.
