This 16x28 cabin is more like a tiny house featuring one bedroom with Queen size bed and full bath including washer & dryer. The great room is one space with all the kitchen amenities, dining room table couch and TV/DVD. Three additional air mattresses extends your sleeping space for up to four more guests. Private one acre, quiet setting just 80 feet off Sunshine Lake. Take advantage of ice fishing for Rainbow Trout in the winter and snow shoes or cross country skiing through wooded trails. Great snow machine cabin too! Summer months are great for non-motorized boats.

HighNote 200 feet to town

Nestled in the trees & a five minute easy trail-walk to town through the Birch Trees, (after the snow melts), this cozy rustic-modern music-themed cabin feels remote yet close to town and a short stroll to the river to see Denali. There is a fully appointed kitchen, coffee, & tea & condiments with everything you need for cooking & a cozy gas fireplace for warming your feet by the fire. Small single level 16x20 cabin. 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 futon in the living room. Hot and cold running water, toilet, shower, kitchen sink, refrigerator, microwave, two burner propane stove top. No cell phone reception, no tv reception(dvds available), WiFi is available but spotty Built mostly from local and/or recycled materials. The bathroom is small but fully functional. The refrigerator has complimentary sausage and eggs for breakfast.
