Small apartment, close to everything.

Cozy upstairs apartment, 1/2 mile away from the Village of East Davenport. This is a tiny spot, but perfect for a weekend stay or a work week trip. Radiant heat, and a lovely view of the neighborhood and sometimes peek of the river. Free Roku , and Disney+! (no local channels) WiFi Kitchen cook wear, utensils and complementary coffee and tea with to go cups for early mornings. LGBTQ+ friendly.🏳️‍🌈 Owner occupied with young noisy children in the rest of the house. No shared space, we share walls.

My Awesome Fort Above The Garage!

This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

This beautiful, large 1BR/1BA 2nd floor apartment, with a spacious living room is a unique and one-of-a-kind apartment, in one of Davenport’s historic grand mansions. The kitchen has just been remodeled, including new slate tile in the entry and kitchen. It includes beautiful original woodwork and built-ins, as well as 10 ft. ceilings. The apartment is just minutes away from St Ambrose University and the Palmer College of Chiropractic. This is an illegal-drug and smoking/vaping free home.
